Steering a way through the AI challenge

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is developing at a rapid pace with the sky seemingly being the limit with what it will be able to do in the future.

This presents unprecedented opportunities to address some of the most pressing issues faced by people planning, delivering and drawing on adult social care. But, as in other sectors, the use of AI for adult social care also comes with ethical risks and the potential to reinforce or create problems.
