A victory for neighbourhood planning

The community of Winslow can breathe a sigh of relief following the announcement that Gladman Developments has withdrawn its legal bid to overturn the making of the town’s neighbourhood plan.

Gladman challenged Aylesbury Vale DC’s decision to allow the plan, which allocates five sites for 455 new homes up to 2031, to proceed to referendum and then to ‘make’ the document.
