Another BRICK in the wall

The Prince’s Regeneration Trust is delighted to be holding its first BRICK conference – Investment, Creativity and Partnerships: The Future of Heritage Regeneration Projects – at the Carriageworks in Leeds on 23 September.

The conference will be an opportunity to debate key issues in the sector, celebrate success and launch major new resources.

The BRICK programme is our new education programme to help more community groups deliver their own heritage regeneration projects.

With public bodies facing ongoing cuts to their budgets, the issue of making more community groups responsible for heritage regeneration projects is vitally important for local authorities. This is reflected in the decline of heritage experts local authorities have been able to employ, which has fallen by over 32% since 2006 .
