Children's services leader 'not reassured' by Spending Review

The president of a children's services leadership organisation has expressed concerns over the 'direction of travel' in the sector following the Spending Review.

Addressing The MJ's Future Forum North, the president of the Association of Directors of Children's Services (ADCS), Alison O'Sullivan, said was 'not reassured' by the chancellor's announcements last week amid fears services will struggle to cope over the next parliament.
