Town hall bosses have appealed to civil servants over delays to the publication of technical guidance for the Better Care Fund (BCF).
Local Government Association chief executive Mark Lloyd and Association of Directors of Adult Social Services president Ray James have written to the Department of Health’s social care director general Jon Rouse over delays to the publication of the final technical planning guidance.
