Council officers' CSE commitment after inquiry

Senior Birmingham City Council officers have expressed their commitment to tackling child sexual exploitation (CSE) after an inquiry into the issue.

Birmingham – thought to be the first council to review itself since the publication of the Jay report in Rotherham - found 132 youngsters who were known to be vulnerable or victims of the crime as of September 2014.
