County and district councils have united to warn the Government against ‘two-speed devolution’.
The County Councils Network (CCN) and District Councils’ Network (DCN) issued their first joint statement on the same day the leaders of the Core Cities group urged all MPs to ensure the devolution agenda remained an absolute priority over the next Parliament.
