The County Councils Network (CCN) has called for ‘radical public sector reform’ in the run up to the General Election.
Speaking at the CCN conference, chairman Cllr David Hodge told delegates: ‘The country can no longer afford our existing model of inefficient, centralised government run from Westminster.
