Curing the health crisis

I am, apparently, a rarity as one of only four council ‘system leaders’ embroiled in the weird and wacky world of sustainability and transformation planning (STP).

This initiative was conceived at the back-end of last year as the latest attempt to put population wellbeing, service quality and finances in perfect positive harmony. In other words, to square the decades-old circle of health inequalities, an inefficient health system and out-of-control spending.
