City leaders across England have been urged to follow the lead of London and Bristol by embedding smart technology in their infrastructure.
The two cities were named as Britain’s two leading smart cities in a report by the IT company Huawei UK and Navigant Consulting, which evaluated how local authorities were using the latest digital technology to transform services.
