I can't get no satisfaction: Pressure on social care takes toll

Falling public satisfaction rates for social care reflect the growing strain services are under, experts have warned.

Results published by The King’s Fund’s British Social Attitudes survey showed overall satisfaction rates for social care services have fallen by 5% in the last year to just over a quarter (26%).
