It is less than a month ago that the Scots voted on independence, the poll which kicked off the debate on devolution. How far has it come?

Certainly Manchester is the front-runner for devolved powers, now we are all talking Devo Manc – but where is everyone else?

The Society of London Treasurers has made a bid for combined authority status for the boroughs, with a strong economic argument. But London has largely been ignored in the debate – with the mayor and GLA, it is considered ‘done’ in devolution terms.
