LGA ponders child sexual exploitation response

The Local Government Association (LGA) could develop a peer challenge programme to specifically deal with the challenge of child sexual exploitation (CSE).

All local authorities have been urged to review their strategies for dealing with CSE since the Jay report revealed failings in the way Rotherham MBC dealt with the problem over several years.
