Lamb roars against 'ridiculous' health and care divide

Lib Dem minister Norman Lamb has called for an end to the ‘ridiculous divide’ between health and social care.

Appearing at the National Children and Adult Services Conference in Manchester, the care minister said he hoped the entire health and care budget would be pooled locally by 2018.
