New ADASS president calls for BCF shake-up

The new president of the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS) has called for a shake-up of the Better Care Fund (BCF) to ensure local government is properly funded.  

Harold Bodmer told The MJ that rather than create a collaborative environment between the NHS and social care the BCF did the ‘exact opposite’.
