Malvern Hills DC and Wychavon DC have appointed Jack Hegarty as their shared chief executive/managing director.
Mr Hegarty is currently managing director at Wychavon DC and the decision means that Chris Bocock, who is chief executive at Malvern Hills DC, will be made redundant.
Mr Bocock is due to leave his post on 1 December and Mr Hegarty will take over the reins over that.
