Customers today expect to be able to do business online. They pay bills, check account histories and purchase groceries online. However, the experience is significantly different when it comes to accessing and paying for government services, especially across different authorities and departments.
Wouldn’t it be great if we could quickly and easily go online and simply submit a self-assessment with HMRC, register for services with the NHS and pay our council tax bills – without having to remember a series of different user names and passwords?
