Oxfordshire CC has announced its chief executive will be stepping down in September to allow the local authority to ‘carry out a review of senior management arrangements’
The county council announced today (26 June) that Joanna Simons will be leaving the authority following an ‘amicable agreement’ between herself and the council.
Councillors originally voted to delete the role in February, but had to abandon their plans following concerns about the legality of the move.
