Independent Tower Hamlets mayor Lutfur Rahman has had his High Court bid to block a challenge to his election victory rejected.
Lawyers for Mr Rahman had applied for a petition headed by Andy Erlam, who stood as a councillor on an anti-corruption ticket, to be dismissed as an abuse of process.
