Shared services deal to revitalise town

Endurance Estates and RG Carter have signed a development deal with Dacorum BC to deliver the next stage of a scheme to regenerate Hemel Hempstead.

A £17m shared services hub, called the Forum, will be built in the town centre as part of the scheme, which will be home to Dacorum BC staff, voluntary groups and the police’s safer and neighbourhood team.
