Sheffield could follow Greater Manchester lead

Sheffield could be next to sign a memorandum agreeing to bring together health and social care budgets, The MJ understands.

We have been told that organisations in the city have been talking about fully pooling budgets in a similar way to the devolution agreement in Greater Manchester.
