Progress in tackling child sexual exploitation (CSE) at a strategic level has not yet filtered down to frontline practice, a report published today by the Office of the Children’s Commissioner has found.
The report warned there are still many child victims and children at risk of becoming victims of CSE who have not been identified by the authorities.
