'Too much poor care' says social care watchdog

Four in ten care homes inspected this year are not good enough, according to the latest analysis. 

Of the 5,361 care homes inspected since January, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) found more than 2,000 to be either inadequate or requiring improvement.
