A truly cooperative council

I’ve never been to Bogotá. My knowledge of Colombia is limited to watching Narcos and to the fact that England beat their national football team on penalties – the first time in a World Cup final since like forever…

So it was a helluva moment to discover my city, Plymouth is in a faceoff with Bogotá (and eight other cities, including London) and in the running for a huge, global award. Not that it’s not deserved, in my very humble opinion.
