Blur drummer and Britpop icon Dave Rowntree’s second career as a Norfolk CC Labour councillor is Out of Time, it appears.
Cllr Rowntree, who is one of local government’s more famous elected members, is quitting because he can’t get to his constituents due to the pandemic.
