‘Ambitious’ health integration plans look to be ‘scaled back’

The Government has scaled back on achieving full health and social care integration by 2020, it has been claimed.

An ‘ambitious plan so that by 2020 health and social care are integrated across the country’ was laid out in the 2015 Spending Review.
