'Big question marks' over financial sustainability

Public finance experts have warned there are ‘big question marks’ over the financial resilience of Scotland’s councils following a damning report by the Accounts Commission.

The commission warned local authorities in Scotland were showing increasing signs of financial stress and faced tougher challenges to come.
