A private consortium is poised to invest hundreds of millions into Bolton MBC’s £1bn town centre regeneration.
Bolton Regeneration Limited (BRL), a private consortium led by investment and development specialist Midia, has agreed in principle to invest more than £250m to replace the Crompton Place Shopping Centre.
