Brokenshire hints at extra Brexit cash for councils

Extra funding could be available to councils to cope with the fallout from a no-deal Brexit, the communities secretary has said.

James Brokenshire told the Housing, Communities and Local Government Committee on Monday that money to cover ‘short-term pressures’ would be available.
