Buckinghamshire Council has appointed a new corporate director for children’s services.
John Macilwraith will join the council, from Sheffield City Council, later this summer.
He has previously worked for Cumbria CC and Medway Council. He said: ‘I am delighted to be joining Buckinghamshire Council at this time and I am really excited about working with members, council colleagues and partners to achieving improved outcomes for children and young people.’
