Chiltern and South Bucks DCs will not go ahead with their legal battle over local government reorganisation, they have announced.
Last week, the councils were told a judicial review of the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government’s plans for a new unitary Buckinghamshire had not been given permission to proceed.
