CIPFA plea on LEP principles

The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) has appealed for help as it draws up principles for officers dealing with local enterprise partnerships (LEP).

CIPFA is running a consultation this month on potential principles, which are intended to deal with the role that chief finance officers (CFO) play within LEPs, and aim to improve the understanding and awareness of their role.
