COSLA conference: Minister 'totally understands' cuts complaints

Cabinet secretary for communities and local government, Aileen Campbell, has said she ‘totally understands’ complaints of ‘constant cuts’ from councils.

Speaking at the annual conference of the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA) today, Ms Campbell, said the financial challenges faced by local authorities were the same as those faced by her Government.
