Call for ethical standards in outsourced services

The independent Committee on Standards in Public Life has criticised the lack of ‘real progress’ on measures to reinforce ethical standards in outsourced public services.

A report by the committee four years ago looked at commissioning activity and the ethical standards of service providers, making a number of recommendations.
