Care plan fails to address councils' concerns, MPs told

MPs have been told the Government’s blueprint for social care will not solve councils’ funding crisis.

The Plan for Health and Social Care said it expected local authorities to meet costs through ‘council tax, social care precept and long-term efficiencies’.
