West Lancashire BC is proud of its considerable achievement in exceeding its targets for the number of people undertaking apprenticeships, coming at a time of significant challenge for councils.
The plan, which sets out our vision for the borough and council, emphasises ambitions for the local economy and for inclusive growth in West Lancashire. These are: retaining and growing good quality jobs, increasing skills levels and encouraging business and wealth generation.
