Fidel Castro famously said revolution is a struggle to the death between the future and the past.

I am not sure who comes out on top where our own Brexit revolution is concerned, but in calling for an industrial strategy which eschews the selective focus of the Northern Powerhouse and speaks to more of England’s ‘places left behind’, Theresa May’s government seems to want a bit of both in the aftermath.
