Barnet LBC lawyers will present evidence at the trial of a former joint venture employee accused of a major fraud linked to a Capita contract.
The MJ has learnt that Barnet made a string of changes to its internal processes following major fraud allegations, which will be aired at a trial in west London due to start tomorrow.
