The arrival of a new chief executive at Melton BC has ‘lifted staff spirits and morale,’ a group of Local Government Association peers has found.
In their report, which will be considered by councillors this week, peers said morale across the workforce had improved ‘even over the short time since’ Edd de Coverly came into post.
