Cuts in council social care and public health budgets threaten the viability of the ambitious NHS Long Term Plan, care chiefs have warned.
President of the Association of Directors of Public Health, Dr Jeanelle de Gruchy, and 54 other prominent leaders in the health and care sectors called for this year's Spending Review to make 'significant and sustainable funding for public health a priority'.
