Council decision to determine agency future

The future of a not-for-profit enterprise agency rests on talks over its failure to pay back a loan to King’s Lynn & West Norfolk BC.

Directors of Norfolk and Waveney Enterprise Services (NWES) said they were ‘unable to state unequivocally that the group is a going concern’ until negotiations with the council over it defaulting on a £2.75m loan had concluded.
