Daventry DC has struck a major £60m deal with outsourcing supplier Norse Commercial Services to create a joint services venture.
The Daventry Norse venture will deliver a range of frontline waste and recycling services over a 10-year contract running from 4 June after an existing contract with Amey/Enterprise comes to an end.
