Council in bid to rebalance portfolio

Bath & North East Somerset Council is to rebalance its investment property portfolio as it tries to increase its rental income by £1.475m by 2021.

The council has recently bought office premises and a bespoke industrial warehouse as part of a strategy to diversify its commercial estate, which mainly consist of retail properties in Bath city centre.
