Council leaders demand review of combined authority

Two council leaders have demanded a review of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority (CA) following the departure of its chief executive.

The Lib Dem leader of South Cambridgeshire DC, Cllr Bridget Smith, and Labour leader of Cambridge City Council, Cllr Lewis Herbert, will table the motion for an independent review into governance, staffing, operations and project delivery at a board meeting next week.
