Council paints picture of £4.5m art gallery overspend

Aberdeen City Council has revealed a £4.5m overspend on the delayed revamp of its art gallery.

The refurbishment of Aberdeen art gallery was initially priced at £30m and was intended to be ready by the end of 2017 but is now scheduled to reopen later this year.
