Council scraps chief's post

Hertsmere BC has scrapped the post of chief executive as part of a move to a ‘more cost-effective management structure’.

The longest-serving chief executive in Hertsmere’s history, Donald Graham, who has spent 11 years with the council, will now take ‘voluntary severance’.
