Council struggling on SEN and disabilities

Worcestershire CC is struggling to provide a sufficient quality of service to children with special needs and disabilities, according to inspectors.

A joint inspection from Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) found that children with special needs and disabilities were ‘not provided with the quality of support and service to which they are entitled’.
