Councils ask General Election candidates for funding reforms

Councils have made their pitches to the parties vying for control of Westminster as the General Election campaign officially gets under way.

District Councils Network (DCN) chairman Cllr John Fuller has penned an open letter setting out the key ‘asks’ from manifestos on the first official day of campaigning ahead of the 12 December poll.
