Councils 'failing disabled parents'

Social care authorities are failing disabled parents by viewing their impairment as a risk to children, an academic report has warned.

Academics from the University of Bedfordshire found parents were afraid to seek support for fear of being viewed as failing and risking the loss of their child to the care system.
