Councils should hire a 'public entrepreneur' - report

All councils should appoint a ‘public entrepreneur’ to lead innovation and transformation, a report today has urged.

The report by independent charity the RSA argued local government was ‘wasting money and missing out on creative solutions to social problems through poor procurement’.
